Description
BCT
Code: E.212.xxx
Use
For determining the stacking crush resistance of cardboard boxes and other types of packaging in which a product is placed.
Device description
The stacking crush resistance tester is built into a sturdy base frame containing two pressure plates. The top plate can be fixed and used parallel to the base plate or inclined with the aid of four fixing levers. There are three sensors under the base plate which measure the force and breakage of the box. The device is operated via a touch panel and two auxiliary buttons on the front of the device.
Features
- Robust base frame
- Three electronic load cells under the base plate
- Electronic deformation transducer
- the top plate is guided by four cylindrical column guides and linear bearings with very low friction
- Two fixed safety lift limits
- Two adjustable movable safety lift stops
- Two spindles with low-friction recirculating ball bearing guides
- Safety switch easily accessible on the front of the appliance
- Servo motor and reduction gearbox to achieve stable speeds at full load
- Electronic and physical protection devices
- Graphic display of the measurement results
- Statistics such as mean value, standard deviation, maximum and minimum values
- Configurable parameters for force, expansion and speed
- RS-232 interface
