Device description
An extremely precise die cutter with a frame made of high-quality cast aluminum. The high-precision blade made of stainless tool steel enables the cutting of materials with a low grammage, such as tissue or cigarette paper, as well as kraftliner with a higher grammage: Tissue or cigarette paper as well as kraftliner with a higher grammage. The blade has a cutting gap of only 5 μm, which results in a very precise cutting edge, and works in a grammage range from 10 g/m² to 1 000 g/m². The special design prevents the paper from sagging and ensures that no injuries occur. The guide requires very little oil and the device is low-maintenance.
