Device description
The double-knife cutter was developed to prepare sample strips with simple and effortless one-handed operation. The blades, made of hardened and ground special steel, are integrated in the lever and concealed under a safety cover. When inserting the sample material, the lever can be pressed down slightly to fix the sample and achieve greater accuracy of the samples. The standard cutting length is 260 mm and there are several cutting options of 10; 12.7; 15; 20 and 25.4 mm as well as the special cutting width of 50 mm for tissue tensile test samples.
